Transportation (Pick up/Drop Off)
Car riders are dropped off and picked up on Campus Drive (the right side of the school building). Students should not be dropped off before 7:30 AM. All parents/family should become familiar with the drop-off and pick-up procedure. To ensure the safety of everyone, please follow the directions of the staff on duty and have your car tag in the window so your child’s name can be called for dismissal promptly. If you lose your tag, our office can give you a new one. Please remember to exhibit the same courtesy to other drivers as you would like extended to you. Do not block parking spaces designated for handicapped drivers and UTC Children’s Center parents. Cars must also not block the UTC parking garage.
Buses will drop off and pick up students in the bus/van loading/unloading area on E 8th Street. Bus rules will be posted on each bus and must be followed at all times. Students not following the bus rules could receive a bus referral and potentially lose bus transportation privileges.

Buses are expected to arrive within 10 minutes of their scheduled time. Please have students at their stops and ready to board the bus 10 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time. The bus schedule can not allow more time to wait for tardy students or for students to exit personal vehicles.
